📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth • Build individualized treatment plans around each patient's goals and needs • Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from a care team • Complete documentation in Sailor Health's EMR with AI-assisted notes • Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders • Sailor Health provides Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy for older adults • Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates handle patients' non-clinical needs • Clinical Quality Leads provide ongoing consultation and the provider support team answers questions • Serve patients across all 50 states

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States • Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this role is posted • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • 1099 contractor availability starting at 15 hours per week, or W2 employee availability starting at 25 hours per week • At least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health
