📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth • Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs • Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from the care team • Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes • Join regular paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders • Deliver care fully from home • Support older adults through grief, loss, isolation, and difficult life transitions • Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, provider support staff, and clinical leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States • Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this role is posted • Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Independently licensed therapist qualification • For 1099 contractor roles, availability starting at 15 hours per week • For W2 employee roles, availability starting at 25 hours per week
