📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive legal support across commercial, real estate, regulatory and employment matters • Support the Legal team through document gathering, legal document review and litigation support • Maintain the Legal team’s case trackers and ensure compliance with deadlines • Coordinate responses to subpoenas and grand jury requests, including document collection and production • Draft responses to regulatory agencies regarding customer complaints, including Attorneys General • Assist with small claims matters, including attending hearings remotely • Handle daily administrative duties, including correspondence and document editing • Review and act on service of process • Support other legal tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Four+ years of paralegal experience • Experience supporting discovery, litigation holds and investigations • Ability to manage competing priorities independently • In-house legal experience preferred • Exposure to multiple areas of law preferred
