• Summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents • Create medical chronologies and bill summaries • Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and counsel in a team environment • Use Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience required • Experience with medical summaries and bill summaries required • Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury, and/or general liability preferred • Basic medical knowledge is a plus • Prior experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills preferred • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred • Competence in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel • Task-oriented • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, friendly environment • Must be a current resident of Florida
