📋 Description

• Support day-to-day interaction with Navy clients and stakeholder organizations • Build and maintain working-level relationships across installation leadership, staff, and partners • Coordinate and facilitate recurring meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements • Track client requirements, action items, and decisions • Support development of Public-Public and Public-Private partnership agreements • Coordinate legal, financial, real estate, and operational stakeholder inputs • Draft agreements, MOUs, term sheets, briefings, memos, reports, and supporting documentation • Track approvals, milestones, document versions, project schedules, and deliverable timelines • Execute projects against defined scope, schedule, and quality expectations • Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies • Conduct research, data collection, basic analysis, feasibility inputs, and business case elements • Translate technical or policy inputs into clear, structured formats • Coordinate SMEs and functional contributors under Project Manager guidance • Support monthly reports, financial tracking, status updates, and continuous workflow improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent • 3-5 years of relevant work experience • Must be a US Citizen • Strong organizational and coordination skills in a project-based environment • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Experience supporting government, consulting, or infrastructure-related work (preferred) • Interest in real estate, infrastructure, partnerships, or federal programs • Excellent formal writing skills • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Exceptional time management skills • Attention to detail • Experience facilitating meetings, workgroups, and workshops • Knowledge of local government, economic development, and community planning
