📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to translate high-level vision into an executable Salesforce strategic backlog • Guide the transition from strategic vision to active execution • Proactively identify and remediate strategic "roadblocks" • Conduct current-state assessments and lead process redesign efforts • Define and implement "Future State" blueprints and process frameworks • Define the benefits baseline and provide advisory on the Value Dashboard • Connect Salesforce capabilities directly to business outcomes • Architect Enterprise Governance frameworks and RACI planning • Manage C-suite stakeholders and ensure Business and IT leaders maintain joint ownership of the strategic roadmap • Leverage delivery insights to identify the next phase of customer maturity • Constantly challenge the status quo
