📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Accessibility leadership to accelerate accessible AI-powered products and services • Partner with AI/ML Platform teams, product managers, designers, and developers throughout the AI development lifecycle • Build AI-powered accessibility tools, including prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks, automated testing systems, and remediation tools • Design and architect prompt systems encoding accessibility best practices for AI code generation • Create and manage datasets of accessible and inaccessible components • Fine-tune models to improve accessibility detection and remediation • Serve as a subject matter expert on WCAG and ARIA • Educate and train product teams on AI accessibility tools and AI-generated results • Provide AI-powered accessibility reviews and iteratively improve detection accuracy • Develop accessible AI features such as AI-powered closed captioning and real-time accessibility remediation • Publish internal findings on AI and accessibility innovations and drive adoption across product organizations • Provide ad hoc support to engineers and product teams on AI accessibility challenges

🎯 Requirements

• AI/ML experience • Expertise in accessibility standards, including WCAG and ARIA • Experience creating accessible AI systems and AI-powered accessibility tools • Ability to design prompt systems for AI code generation across React, LWC, and native mobile frameworks • Experience creating and managing training datasets with annotation guidelines • Experience fine-tuning models to improve accessibility detection and remediation • Experience with automated testing systems, evaluation frameworks, and remediation tools • Ability to analyze false positives and false negatives and improve detection accuracy • Passion for accessibility • Must be located in one of the specified posting locations: San Francisco, California; Seattle, Washington; or Bellevue, Washington
