📋 Description

• Lead and deliver end-to-end security engagements for enterprise customers • Help customers design and operationalize secure Salesforce Platform environments • Advise customers on security controls, governance frameworks, and compliance posture within Salesforce architecture • Partner with account teams and sales leadership on pre-sales efforts, including discovery, solution scoping, and executive presentations • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior security stakeholders • Translate Salesforce platform mechanics into risk and compliance terms • Develop and refine security practice delivery methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets • Contribute to thought leadership, go-to-market strategies, and team mentoring • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Trust teams on the Salesforce security and platform roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, hands-on Salesforce Platform expertise, including org architecture, data model, sharing and security model, permission sets, Shield, and declarative/programmatic customization (Flows, Apex) • 7–12+ years of professional experience • Meaningful tenure at a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or equivalent Salesforce-focused professional services practice • Understanding of security fundamentals and control frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CIS Controls, applied to the Salesforce platform • Ability to lead client-facing Salesforce platform assessment and implementation engagements • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments • Pre-sales and business development experience, including presenting to customers, shaping solutions, and closing statements of work • Experience delivering Salesforce security assessments, identity and access management reviews, data classification, or compliance readiness engagements • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, such as Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Security Specialist, or Data Cloud Consultant • Excellent executive communication and executive presence • Familiarity with Agentforce, Shield, and Security Center • Experience with zero-trust architectures or cloud security posture management (CSPM) in SaaS environments • Additional Salesforce architect-level certifications preferred, such as Application Architect or System Architect
