📋 Description

• Lead and deliver end-to-end security engagements for enterprise customers, helping them design and operationalize secure Salesforce Platform environments • Advise customers on security controls, governance frameworks, and compliance posture within Salesforce architecture • Partner with account teams and sales leadership on pre-sales discovery, solution scoping, and executive presentations • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior security stakeholders, translating Salesforce platform mechanics into risk and compliance terms • Develop and refine practice delivery methodologies, accelerators, and reusable Salesforce security assets • Support security practice growth through thought leadership, go-to-market strategies, and team mentoring • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Trust teams to stay current on Salesforce security and platform roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, hands-on Salesforce Platform expertise, including org architecture, data model, sharing and security model, permission sets, Shield, Flows, and Apex • 7–12+ years of professional experience • Meaningful tenure at a Big 4 consulting firm or equivalent Salesforce-focused professional services practice • Understanding of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CIS Controls as applied to Salesforce • Ability to lead client-facing Salesforce platform assessment and implementation engagements • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments • Strong pre-sales and business development capabilities • Experience presenting to customers, shaping solutions, and closing statements of work • Experience delivering Salesforce security assessments, identity and access management reviews, data classification, or compliance readiness engagements • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, such as Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Security Specialist, or Data Cloud Consultant • Excellent executive communication and executive presence • Nice to have: familiarity with Agentforce, Shield, Security Center, zero-trust architectures, or CSPM in SaaS environments • Nice to have: Salesforce architect-level certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect
