📋 Description

• Lead and develop a multi-layered organization of architecture leaders and senior architects across CBS • Set standards for technical excellence, customer impact, pace, accountability, and executive presence • Attract, grow, retain, and develop architecture talent and succession opportunities • Establish architectural perspectives across AI, data, security, governance, integration, platform strategy, emerging technology, and digital experiences • Translate technical shifts into frameworks, reference architectures, patterns, and recommendations • Serve as a trusted architecture executive for strategic customers • Lead CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO, and other technology-leader conversations • Lead and participate in customer on-sites, SICs, workshops, and conferences • Ensure architecture teams define business outcomes, use cases, target architecture, data, integrations, guardrails, dependencies, and production paths • Partner with Builder leadership to align architecture and implementation • Identify and resolve architectural blockers • Partner with Sales, Solutions, Builders, Success, Product, Engineering, and specialist organizations • Turn field learning into executive narratives, points of view, reusable assets, and scalable enablement • Communicate customer signals, architectural trends, risks, priorities, and opportunities to senior leadership

• Proven experience leading leaders and senior technical talent through change • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and modern technology landscapes • Knowledge of cloud platforms, data, AI, integration, identity, security, governance, APIs, and modern application and experience architectures • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical topics with senior customer and internal executives • Ability to connect technical choices to business value, risk, speed, adoption, and long-term platform strategy • Intellectual curiosity and proactive point of view on technology and customer needs • Ability to operate with urgency and make progress amid ambiguity • Exceptional collaboration and organizational influence across boundaries • Ability to manage a complex portfolio upward and communicate clearly with senior leaders • Passion for developing leaders and enabling exceptional technical talent
