📋 Description

• Provide architectural leadership across large and complex Defense & National Security engagements • Partner with executive and delivery stakeholders to co-create and execute solution visions • Serve as a hands-on advisor combining Salesforce platform expertise, industry knowledge, and consulting acumen • Shape, scope, and align complex engagements for federal customers • Drive architectural strategy from initial solutioning through execution • Ensure architectural integrity, executive alignment, and solution quality • Cultivate a high-performance culture across the team • Enforce Professional Services Methodology best practices across Missionforce engagements • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Lead internal strategic initiatives and contribute to the consulting practice knowledge base • Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies • Teach complex concepts and provide prescriptive thinking across client organizations • Identify and manage risks through complete resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project/program direction, approaches, and key artifacts • Drive program vision and articulate project strategies enabling Salesforce technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or consulting on the Salesforce Platform throughout the whole life cycle • Active Secret, TS, or TS/SCI clearance required • Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs • Experience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, and sequence diagrams • Strong presentation skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to connect with people in diverse roles • Resourceful and innovative problem-solving ability • Must be Metro DC located • Multiple Salesforce Core Architecture certifications preferred • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required • Experience in public sector digital transformation initiatives preferred • Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (Agentforce Public Sector) preferred • Hands-on experience with Omni Studio preferred • Application design and development background preferred • Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) who does not hold dual citizenship • Must agree to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position • Travel may be required depending on client requirements
