📋 Description

• Evaluate and respond to inbound interest from suppliers and distributors with the Supplier Channel Manager • Demonstrate ServiceTitan functionality and supply chain integration capabilities • Answer technical questions about ServiceTitan APIs and outline integration pathways • Assess partner technical readiness and recommend integration approaches • Own supply chain partners' technical journey from pre-build through general availability • Support enhancements to existing strategic partner integrations • Provide API credentialing, setup, and troubleshooting support for V2 and V3 APIs • Support production location go-lives and catalog upload configuration • Maintain expertise in ServiceTitan's supply chain APIs and middleware templates • Advise partners on integration architecture, patterns, and workflows • Review solution architectures and integration plans for scalable, secure, maintainable approaches • Troubleshoot API requests using Postman and guide remediation • Work with suppliers, OEMs, distributors, and system integrators • Lead technical certification before marketplace or production publication • Validate integrations against functional, security, performance, and compliance standards • Communicate feedback and track remediation through resolution • Build developer assets including integration guides, Postman collections, middleware templates, and reference architectures • Contribute to automation tooling for pre-GA processes and scalable onboarding • Serve as senior escalation point for Financial Specialists and Integration Specialists • Triage complex partner technical issues and report bugs to Engineering • Conduct API gap analysis and identify missing endpoints or enhancements • Liaise among Product, Engineering, partners, and customer users • Translate feedback into product requirements and roadmap input • Keep stakeholders informed about new features and deliver technical education to partners

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, including design, testing, debugging, and documentation • Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, including supplier/OEM/retailer/distributor relationships, catalog management, real-time pricing and availability, and electronic procurement workflows such as API, EDI, and punchout • Familiarity with middleware, webhooks, and event-driven architectures • Proficiency with Postman and similar API development and testing tools • Understanding of OAuth 2.0 authentication • Experience advising external technical teams on integration architecture and API usage • Experience working with enterprise suppliers and smaller system integrators • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and make technical decisions with limited oversight • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative mindset and cross-functional partnership experience • 7+ years in a technical role involving API integrations, solutions engineering, customer support, or technical account management • Domain expertise in supply chain, procurement, or distribution, with direct technical experience working with suppliers, OEMs, retailers, or distributors • Experience supporting external partners through integration builds from design through production • Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems, developer platforms, and partner/marketplace programs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause resolution focus • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and technical workstreams simultaneously • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience with operational or field service management platform integrations is a strong plus
