📋 Description

• design high-scale, agentic systems that move beyond static logic into probabilistic, data-driven workflows • lead the design of a reusable calculation engine framework • evolve Spiff's core Commission Engine to support complex ICM calculation workflows • partner with Salesforce Data Cloud teams to design secure data connectivity patterns • architect infrastructure management patterns including automated guardrails

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering • at least 3 years as a Software Engineering Architect for large-scale SaaS platforms • demonstrated success architecting high-performance calculation engines, workflow systems, or financial transaction platforms • proven ability to design and implement cell-based or multi-tenant architectures • extensive experience with database design, optimization, migration strategies • strong background in API design and contract management • experience architecting analytics pipelines or business intelligence platforms
