🎯 Requirements
• Under 2 years of experience as a writer, editor, or developer • Undergrad or Masters graduate within 12 months of grad date • Ability to adhere to existing styles and processes • Ability to learn new technologies quickly • Experience creating online help • Ability to meet tight deadlines • Focus on quality and details • Knowledge of XML or HTML • Strong team player • Customer advocate • Bachelor's degree in a technical or communications field
