📋 Description

• Draft Technical Documentation: Research, write, and format detailed operational guides, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Support Curriculum Development: Edit, proofread, and storyboard CBT training scripts, lesson guides, and study manuals. • Enforce Style Standards: Maintain and distribute templates and style guides, ensuring complete compliance with CBP writing directives. • Manage Repositories: Maintain highly structured documentation repositories, ensuring rigorous version control and accessibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in technical writing, editing, or a closely related role. • Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. • High proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and modern Content Management Systems (CMS). • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check.
