📋 Description

• Manage technical documentation projects from design to release ready • Leverage cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs • Collaborate with the Product team to gather requirements • Partner with Engineering, Product, UX Design, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, etc. • Organize and facilitate the content review process • Review and edit technical documentation for accuracy and completeness • Serve as a subject matter expert in technical writing principles • Use git to manage source code • Participate in team efforts like style guide development and content strategy

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Technical Communications, Writing, English, or a related area -- or -- equivalent experience • At least three years’ technical writing experience • Experience with Linux systems and the command-line interface • Experience with container technologies using Docker and Kubernetes • Application delivery networking and related concepts • Understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTTP, REST, JSON) • Experience with cloud technologies -- both public and private -- such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMware vSphere
