• Support SRMA with strategic planning, facilitation services, sector outreach, and performance management and assessments • Manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through closeout • Deliver programs according to scope, schedule, and budget • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, clients, and delivery teams • Translate technical complexity into clear, decision-ready communication • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues before escalation • Establish program governance structures and define KPIs • Produce executive-level status reports, dashboards, and risk registers • Establish and maintain technical and financial reports demonstrating project progress to management • Connect day-to-day execution to organizational strategy • Identify dependencies across initiatives and influence portfolio-level prioritization decisions
• 10+ years of experience supporting SRMA with strategic planning, facilitation services, sector outreach, and performance management and assessments • 7+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through closeout, with a track record of delivering on scope, schedule, and budget • Technical expertise in National Critical Infrastructure Protection policy and strategy • Technical expertise in State/local government critical infrastructure program operations and structures • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, clients, and delivery teams • Skilled at translating technical complexity into clear, decision-ready communication • Proactive approach to identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues before they escalate • Experience working in ambiguous or fast-changing environments • Experience establishing program governance structures, defining KPIs, and producing executive-level status reports, dashboards, and risk registers • Ability to establish and maintain technical and financial reports that clearly demonstrate project progress to management • Ability to connect day-to-day execution to organizational strategy, identify dependencies across initiatives, and influence prioritization decisions at the portfolio level • Bachelor's Degree • PMP Certification • TS/SCI clearance
