📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows supporting cybersecurity processes and initiatives • Build and customize Power Apps solutions to digitize and automate cybersecurity-related workflows, requests, and approvals • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for system integration, routine-task automation, and secure data movement • Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports covering security metrics, incident trends, and operational performance • Gather requirements from cybersecurity stakeholders, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver secure, user-friendly solutions • Implement and enforce security, permission models, and governance standards across SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications • Optimize performance, reliability, and usability through continuous enhancement and refactoring • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI issues • Document solution designs, configurations, data flows, and standard operating procedures • Stay current on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and cybersecurity best practices • Support change management through user training, demonstrations, and communications • Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams on security policies, compliance requirements, and data protection standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a SharePoint Developer or in a closely related Microsoft 365 development role • Proven hands-on experience designing and developing solutions with SharePoint Online (or SharePoint 2016+), including site architecture, lists, libraries, and permissions • Strong experience with Power Apps, including building canvas and/or model-driven apps that integrate with SharePoint and other data sources • Practical experience with Power Automate for workflow automation, system integration, and process orchestration • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and secure data access • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as access control, least-privilege principles, data classification, and secure configuration of Microsoft 365 services • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into effective, secure technical solutions • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem tools and services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD, and their integration with SharePoint and Power Platform • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and modern SharePoint frameworks is preferred • Experience implementing and managing SharePoint permissions, governance policies, and content lifecycle management • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues • Effective communication skills in English • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
