📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Smartsheet solutions, including interconnected sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, workflows, and automations • Partner with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, document processes, and develop technical solutions • Develop and maintain integrations between Smartsheet and other business systems using APIs, connectors, automation platforms, and custom solutions • Build process automations using Make, Power Automate, Python, or similar technologies • Design and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions • Evaluate business processes and recommend system improvements • Support data management, governance, and quality initiatives • Troubleshoot system issues, workflow failures, integration challenges, and reporting discrepancies • Document solution architecture, business rules, workflows, integrations, and support procedures • Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend tools, platforms, or automation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing business systems, workflow solutions, reporting solutions, or process automations • High School diploma or GED • Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining complex Smartsheet environments • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a client-facing environment
