📋 Description

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion • Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or major program subsystems • Participate in negotiation of contracts and contract changes • Coordinate proposals, business plans, work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and contract financial terms • Serve as primary customer contact and lead program review sessions • Develop new business or expand the product line with the customer • Establish milestones, monitor schedules, identify program problems, and obtain solutions • Direct employees across technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas • Manage one or more programs and potentially an operating/field office • Supervise professional and technical personnel • Prepare manpower staffing plans and potentially recruit, interview, and hire staff • Monitor contracts, subcontracts, and funding; forecast program financial performance • Acquire follow-on business and support new business development through major proposals

🎯 Requirements

• High School with 8 - 12 years (or commensurate experience) • Secret clearance required • Must have the ability to hold a Top Secret clearance • Experience supporting contract operations • Experience in program financial performance • Contract and subcontract experience • Experience managing personnel and teams • Bachelor Degree preferred • Knowledge of Air Force contracts preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) or commensurate experience preferred
