📋 Description

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient settings, utilizing empirically supported treatment approaches. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate and execute individualized treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in strict compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards. • Participate actively in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings. • Adhere to structured therapy protocols and programmatic models of care to ensure clinical consistency and excellence. • Respond effectively to clinical crises and strictly observe established risk-management procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work • Current independent clinical licensure in the state of California (LCSW or LMFT) • Prior clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), hospital, or medical center environments is highly desirable. • Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. • Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and conducting remote clinical work. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
