• Own end-to-end multi-state US payroll processing across multiple entities • Ensure payroll is processed accurately, compliantly, and on time • Maintain strong payroll controls through regular audits • Support global payroll operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate with finance, legal, and external payroll providers
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in payroll processing across multiple states • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Workday Payroll or similar software • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
