📋 Description

• Provide primary clinical support to sales representatives in developing new sales opportunities and physician and hospital accounts • Provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, patient care, installation, and maintenance of company products • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital personnel • Provide ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding company products • Share clinical knowledge of products, clinical applications, instructions for use, and procedural techniques • Train physicians and staff on company product use • Provide case support, including operating room and procedure support • Communicate product, clinical, and market information to sales, marketing, and R&D personnel to support product improvements • Serve as the primary clinical support resource for troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up • Perform patient follow-up to ensure customer and patient success with implanted products • Visit customers and patients in clinical environments, including hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers • Set territory strategy and collaborate with regional peers in clinical education and field engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment • 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices • Operating room experience • Clinical knowledge of neuromodulation products and applications • Ability to provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff • Ability to troubleshoot, program, and perform patient follow-up for company products • Ability to visit customers and patients in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers • Resilient problem-solving and ability to achieve goals • Ability to understand customer needs and communicate product value effectively • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently • Ability to adapt strategy to unexpected developments
