• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate information about services, orders, or processes • Document conversations and update customer records in internal systems • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary • Maintain confidentiality and follow communication guidelines • Perform light administrative and data entry tasks as needed
