The care plans adapt in real-time and integrate into providers' existing workflows by documenting adherence data directly into practice EHRs, thereby improving care efficiency and reducing ER visits.

📋 Description

• Perform outbound calls to engage patients of practices and health systems in discussions about Salvo’s program and tech-enabled services • Enroll patients and schedule an initial virtual nurse visit to onboard them to Salvo’s wraparound GI care service • Use established call guides and FAQs to engage and educate patients, and respond to questions and objections using judgment and written guidelines • Help patients understand program costs, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities • Deliver high-quality customer service and follow up on inbound calls and voicemails • Meet daily, weekly, monthly, or annual key performance indicators (KPIs) • Work Monday through Friday in 8-hour shifts

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and able to work remotely within the USA • 3+ years of work experience in an outbound call center or direct sales position, with demonstrated sales results • Healthcare and/or functional medicine experience preferred • Experience conducting phone conversations while navigating computer tools simultaneously • Ability to sit at a workstation for a long duration using a computer and headset to interact with patients • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Experience handling confidential data • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales objectives • Remote work experience preferred • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus • Must have a hard-wired, high-speed internet connection
