📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to complete patient intake calls • Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups • Handle medical records, data entry, and documentation in EHR systems • Monitor, triage, and respond to incoming member messages • Ensure all patient records are accurately entered into the EHR system and update them as needed • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality • Provide general administrative support to care team and patients • Manage patient tasks to ensure timely documentation and communication for all patients

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a medical assistant, virtual medical assistant, or administrative support role in a healthcare setting • Experience working with GI conditions preferred • Experience working in a remote setting • Experience making out-bound calls to patients • Strong familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, eCW, gGastro) • Experience in message triaging, charting, or medical documentation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently • Familiarity with telemedicine platforms is a plus.
