📋 Description

• Handle large volumes of inbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, SMS, and text/video chats • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions • Research and resolve customer problems • Maintain records of customer conversations • Follow communication scripts • Book self-storage reservations and facilitate contactless rental and move-in processes • Upsell products and solutions when appropriate • Support existing customers by changing reservations, answering questions, resolving concerns, and taking storage payments • Meet or exceed sales and service goals and maintain defined KPI levels • Maintain product and procedure knowledge • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism • Attend one-on-one video feedback sessions, team video meetings, and training sessions • Communicate and coordinate with Store Team members • Provide management feedback on customer service process efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred • Prior experience working in a call center and/or Self Storage environment preferred • Strong communication skills; especially listening • Ability to display empathy based on various customer situations • Customer focused • Ability to multitask • Ability to stay calm even when presented with challenging or upset customers • Computer and technology savvy • Proficiency with MS Office Suite preferred • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent • Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English language • Minimum of 40 hours per week; occasional overtime required • Availability to work some nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs • Designated remote workspace free from background noise and distractions • Ability to appear on live camera for customer interactions and business-related meetings • High-speed internet access (100 Mbps minimum) • Secondary means of communication (cell or landline) in case of equipment failure
