📋 Description

• Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles • Communicate with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies • Confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain vehicle release authorization from body shops • Obtain releases from vehicle owners and arrange transport, including 3-way calls when needed • Assist with personal item removal • Use the “DeCode This” tool to search VINs and gather vehicle information • Maintain accurate notes in the system about each vehicle and all interactions • Meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots • Participate in weekly team meetings via Teams • Follow Copart policies and guidelines • Assist teammates and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role • High school diploma or GED • Great communication skills, including phone communication and clear, concise writing • Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask • Professional virtual appearance with a quiet, distraction-free workspace • Bilingual skills are a plus • Must be able to work occasional overtime • Must be able to work remotely from a home environment • For U.S. applicants and employees, participation in the E-Verify program
