📋 Description

• Provide timely, accurate and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for Personal Lines products, plans and programs • Independently solve policy-related problems within scope • Escalate problems as appropriate • Identify, analyze and own customer policy needs • Support high customer satisfaction, business growth and retention • Complete mandatory full-time training Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm EST • Work go-forward shifts starting between 8:00am and 10:30am EST • Work one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday, with an alternate mid-week day off

🎯 Requirements

• Active P&C Producers insurance license REQUIRED • 2 years’+ related Customer Service experience is required • Associates degree or 1+ year Insurance experience preferred • Ability to review, record and organize written data from a variety of sources with no prescribed format • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Dependable, wired internet connectivity with upload speed of at least 5Mbps and download speed of at least 25Mbps • Quiet, secure, distraction-free place to work • Reliable attendance and active engagement during mandatory training • Weekend rotation required after onboarding and training • Not hiring in NY, CA, AK, HI, NM or IL
