📋 Description

• Prepares financial statements, including reconciling prepaids and accruals, and verification of balances on the income statement and the balance sheet • File timely sales and use tax returns and ensure real estate taxes and insurance subledgers are accurate and paid on time • Analyze general ledger accounts for any month end reclassifications including budget variance analysis • Calculate and process Owner distributions • Track Loan, Insurance and Property Tax invoices to ensure timely payments • Track business licenses, personal property tax filings, etc. on a timely basis • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget process • Verify the company credit card transactions and post to NetSuite • Monitor daily cash balances and assist bookkeepers with reconciling cash accounts as needed • Special projects on an as needed basis assigned by the Accounting Manager • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in accounting preferred • Minimum of two (2) years previous accounting experience and NetSuite
