📋 Description

• Handle a caseload of primarily litigated commercial general liability claims, focusing on premises liability cases. • Lead and direct independent adjusters and defense counsel as needed to efficiently manage claims. • Investigate complex claims to evaluate exposure, determine liability, and negotiate settlements within authority levels. • Develop and implement action plans to resolve claims promptly and effectively. • Monitor and assign reserves accurately, ensuring financial integrity throughout the lifecycle of claims. • Participate in litigation processes and cost containment strategies alongside legal teams. • Communicate claim status and activities with supervisors, brokers, agents, and clients professionally. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Stay current with relevant laws, statutes, and industry standards affecting premises liability claims.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required. • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferred. • Multi-state Licensed Casualty Adjuster mandatory. • Professional designations such as AIC, CPCU, or ARM are highly desirable. • Experience handling premises liability claims including slip and fall and wrongful death cases is a plus.
