📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day investigation and management of Cyber, Technology Errors & Omissions, and Miscellaneous Professional Lines claims. • Take total ownership of a dedicated claims portfolio, efficiently conducting investigations, managing negotiations, and recommending accurate claim reserves. • Collaborate deeply with internal security and technology teams to offer policyholders proactive incident response and preventative services. • Manage external service providers during incidents to aggressively reduce losses and ensure meticulous file documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in claims handling, claims advocacy, or cyber insurance coverage. • Demonstrated ability to evaluate primary and excess coverage, navigate increasingly complex cases, and maintain exceptionally clear communication with diverse stakeholders, including insureds, brokers, vendors, and underwriters. • Expertise in handling third-party claims, particularly in Technology Errors & Omissions and Miscellaneous Professional Lines. • Established connections within the cyber broking community, incident response, or cybersecurity sectors.
