📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic finance partner on Samsara’s largest and most complex deals • Partner closely with Sales leadership to structure deals that support growth and long-term value • Lead Samsara’s Deal Desk team for Enterprise opportunities • Act as a strategic finance partner on high-impact commercial decisions • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and communicate clearly

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across Finance, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, commercial strategy, or related functions • Demonstrated experience leading complex deal negotiations • Strong financial acumen and the ability to translate company goals into thoughtful deal strategy • Proven ability to hire, lead, and develop high-performing teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
