• 6+ years of work experience in Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting role • Mastery of priority management and emotional intelligence required for high-stakes partnerships • Track record of anticipating strategic obstacles and resolving complex challenges • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively across all levels • Experience supporting Enterprise SaaS and/or Fortune 500 companies • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Up to 25-40% travel required
