📋 Description

• Own design for strategic initiatives within a product area • Frame problems and design/build experiences across web and mobile • Carry products through launch and iteration with product and engineering partners • Engage directly with strategic customers and incorporate feedback into the design process • Lead large, ambiguous initiatives from problem framing through launch and iteration • Deliver work demonstrating sound judgment and taste • Use customer research and product data in product decisions • Leverage AI tools throughout the design process and define new ways of working • Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and technology • Ship code to production across the design system, web products, and mobile apps • Lead through building rather than politics

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications • Portfolio with case studies showing an ambiguous, multi-part problem-solving approach and post-launch results; applications without a portfolio cannot be considered • Deep interaction and visual design skills • Regular use of AI tools in design practice, such as Cursor or Figma Make, with attributable shipped work • Experience mentoring designers, formally or informally • Direct customer research experience and ability to use it for product decisions • Experience shipping with cross-functional teams on short cycles
