📋 Description

• Lead and support Account Executives II focused on mid-sized Private Sector organizations • Coach a team of approximately 8 account executives on sales strategy, pipeline reviews, and quarterly targets • Hire new account executives and provide onboarding and ongoing coaching • Work cross-functionally to solve problems strategically and project manage • Create content for ongoing training and development • Support account executives through professional development plans • Provide clear, tactical feedback to account executives • Further team and commercial-organization culture with high emotional intelligence • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of proven leadership performance • Strong track record of overachievement with experience in coaching a team on outbounding • Understanding of complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers, multiple products, and extended time-frames • Excellent communication skills and comfort with public speaking • Strong interpersonal and team management skills • Self-starter and adaptable to change • Continued growth mindset to learn a unique industry • Proven proficiency in data-driven decision making in current role • Demonstrated ability to provide upwards feedback to upper management • Ability to analyze and accurately forecast existing pipeline • Comfort working with cross-functional teams • Proficiency using SFDC, SalesLoft, and Gong
