📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of Core IT’s highest-impact projects and programs from problem definition through implementation • Define ambiguous, significant problem spaces and advise IT leadership on classes of problems • Build requirements practices, frameworks, and standards for analysts and the broader team • Advise IT leadership and senior stakeholders on organizational design, systems architecture, and process strategy • Manage IT engagement with the business by gathering requirements, coordinating resources, planning timelines, and communicating with stakeholders • Develop understanding of IT engineering, support, and operations, including financials, services, performance metrics, and SLAs • Develop, evaluate, and refine scalable business processes and improvement strategies • Mentor analysts and engineers • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new offices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of business systems analysis, strategy, or architecture experience at a large-scale organization • Deep expertise in requirements strategy, organizational design, systems thinking, and process optimization • Mastery of data analysis, process optimization, and requirements architecture • Track record advising senior leadership on complex, strategic decisions • Experience with large-scale organizational transformation or system architecture decisions • Ability to build trust and move decisions forward with stakeholders and teams that do not report to you • Strong analytical rigor and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple complex, concurrent programs end-to-end with independent judgment • Strong data management and analysis skills using Google Sheets/Excel, Splunk, and similar tools • Experience with corporate security and compliance programs, internal controls, audit evidence, and data handling under SOX, FedRAMP, GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations • Legal right to work at Samsara and in the specified work location
