📋 Description

• Provide technical project and program management for impactful, cross-functional Security projects • Support multiple Enterprise Security projects and report progress on planned execution • Provide operational support to engineering leads for smooth, on-time delivery of projects and initiatives • Partner with stakeholders to scope and deliver cross-functional projects on time • Communicate current status of enterprise security and compliance initiatives • Support planning and execution of roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs • Assist with security audits to reduce risk and satisfy compliance frameworks • Improve measurable KPIs and related Security team processes • Incorporate AI technologies and new ways of working to scale processes and visibility • Develop and contribute to a program management community of practice • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new offices

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years Project or Program Management in a fast paced, technical company • Experience managing priorities across multiple teams, building processes, and coordinating tight schedules • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to relay technical or analytical work to non-technical partners without losing important details • Strong ownership, collaboration, curiosity, and attention to detail • Ability to learn quickly and navigate ambiguity • Proactive self-starter with a proven track record leveraging data and technology to improve processes and drive impactful decisions • Experience using AI tooling and methods to drive efficiencies in workflows and team processes • Experience using Agile practices • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and other reporting tools • Experience working on Information Security and/or Compliance programs • Experience driving strategy planning and roadmap definition • Passion for data and improving efficiencies • Ability to learn and apply new technologies, such as AI • Legal right to work at Samsara and in the specified work location
