📋 Description

• Provide financial transactional support for the Chick-fil-A program using Samsung Electronics America’s project-based Work Breakdown Structure accounting model • Serve as the subject matter expert for WBS processes used for the Chick-fil-A program • Support additional transactional processes for direct-to-customer sales between Samsung’s Software and Solutions team and end customers • Design and enter projects into NERP while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and specialized customer requirements • Manage and communicate CFA/Insight accounts receivable • Manage and communicate vendor accounts payable • Reconcile project, customer, and vendor accounts • Interact with customers and vendors to understand and rectify transactional concerns • Support non-CFA direct account process execution • Identify process improvements and participate in activities to increase transactional efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting and administrative background including billing, collections, payables, and other accounting-based functions • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferable, or extensive previous experience • Advanced Excel / Spreadsheet knowledge and skills • SAP/NERP Experience and knowledge • PO and Order Entry knowledge • PUMI Creation • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to think and work independently • Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels within Samsung and customer organizations • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple accounting tasks with follow up • Ability to make professional accounting presentations in writing, through email, reports, or orally • Ability to support other Samsung teams to achieve customer contracted accounting objectives • Work is generally performed in an office environment • Ability to operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal more than 80% of work time • Requires considerable work utilizing high visual acuity, detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity • Ability to work under time schedules and periodic or cyclical stress, including time-sensitive deadlines and billing/payment cycles • May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule • Travel is rare but occasionally necessary • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
