📋 Description

• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered primary care across asynchronous and synchronous modalities, using strong clinical judgment to triage, manage, and refer patients appropriately. • Build strong, longitudinal patient relationships that drive sustained engagement and high patient satisfaction. • Use data and clinical insight to support proactive panel management, close care gaps, and improve outcomes as Sana’s population health capabilities evolve. • Proactively contribute to clinical protocols, workflows, or operations that enhance patient experience, quality, or efficiency. • Communicate with clarity and empathy while adhering to and strengthening team communication norms. • Manage a fast-paced caseload of at least 20 asynchronous cases per day while maintaining excellent clinical standards. • Quickly master Sana's clinical platforms, AI-assisted workflows, and technology, while identifying opportunities to improve our tools, workflows, and the way we deliver care. • Provide physician supervision and clinical support for Advanced Practice Providers in accordance with state regulations, helping foster a collaborative, high-quality care team. • Collaborate across clinical, product, and operations teams with humility, a low-ego mindset, and a commitment to shared success.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. • Currently licensed in Texas; additional active licenses (especially Arizona and California) are a plus. • Available to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time. • At least 3 years of independent outpatient primary care experience after residency. • Telemedicine and/or startup experience is preferred.
