📋 Description

• Lead a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts • Generate insights that improve Thyme Care’s cancer care model • Build data products to understand the performance of the growing Care Team • Support key outcomes reporting to partners • Collaborate with software engineering, data science, care delivery operations, marketing, and growth teams • Embed in Care Team workflows to diagnose and solve high-impact day-to-day problems • Gather cross-functional stakeholder input and develop data-driven viewpoints for organizational initiatives • Develop and maintain a roadmap covering problems, required resources, and trade-offs • Become an expert in data systems and self-serve analyses • Connect technology team squads to accelerate product development

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working on highly ambiguous problems using a rigorous, iterative process • Product management experience in product-led companies • Technical ability to discuss tradeoffs with data scientists and work with data • Willingness to learn new skills • Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical teammates • Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining organized communications and documentation • Experience building and deploying web applications and data products from the ground up • Ability to visualize ideas through mockups and prototypes • Proven track record in scaling businesses, fast-paced environments, and startups • Track record building repeatable, reliable, and efficient processes in healthcare strategy and operations or related fields • Strong stakeholder management, listening, communication, consensus-building, and decision-making abilities
