📋 Description

• Create new agentic capabilities, including frameworks for monitoring, guardrailing, and evaluating agents, and improve their collaboration • Perform classical ML tasks including exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model fine-tuning using the latest frameworks • Work closely with Product and Research to translate AI research into applicable features and software engineering projects • Rapidly iterate on prototypes and features based on feedback and evolving product needs • Contribute production-ready code and work across engineering to deliver scalable software • Stay current with agentic developments and explore new opportunities • Break, fix, and harden systems for production • Collaborate with ML experts, security experts, mathematicians, and software engineers • Publish and deploy innovations shaping agentic collaboration and trust

🎯 Requirements

• MSc in Computer Science or related field with exposure to AI/ML • Deep expertise in AI/ML, software engineering, or AI security • Strong programming skills in Python and relevant ML and/or agentic frameworks • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with a high degree of end-to-end ownership, delivering real world outcomes • Ability to pick up other programming languages and technologies as required to ship scalable and reliable software • Candidates cannot participate in foreign talent programs sponsored by China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea • PhD in Computer Science or related field with focus on AI/ML or similar is highly desired • Hands-on experience with agent orchestration, agent harnesses, agent teams, jailbreaking/prompt injection, red teaming, data poisoning or evasion attacks, secure model deployment or sandboxing, or detection and monitoring for AI misuse is highly desired • Experience contributing to open source projects is highly desired • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is highly desired • Experience in cybersecurity is a plus, but not essential • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must state whether company sponsorship or support is required to obtain or maintain a work visa or permit
