📋 Description

• Assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities • Design and implement optimized processes that improve efficiency, quality, consistency, and scalability • Document current-state processes and define future-state processes with business and functional stakeholders • Develop actionable recommendations based on process analysis, stakeholder input, and business objectives • Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes for automation and support automation implementation • Lead process improvement initiatives from discovery and analysis through implementation and adoption • Develop process maps, workflows, requirements, presentations, and supporting documentation • Analyze process performance to reduce cycle time, manual effort, errors, and operational costs • Facilitate working sessions and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, align on solutions, and drive decisions • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior and executive-level audiences • Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations covering process findings, recommendations, business impacts, and implementation plans • Present recommendations and project updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of improved processes • Monitor implementation results and identify continuous improvement opportunities • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of process engineering experience • Comparable or transferable process engineering experience in related industries may be considered • Senior-level consulting experience leading business process improvement and optimization initiatives • Exceptional Microsoft PowerPoint and executive presentation skills • Ability to translate process opportunities into business requirements supporting process automation • Experience analyzing, redesigning, and implementing business processes • Experience partnering with business and functional stakeholders to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions • Experience identifying automation opportunities and supporting automation implementation • Experience developing executive-level business cases, recommendations, roadmaps, and status presentations • Strong process mapping and business process management experience • Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process mapping and workflow tools • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar tools • Experience supporting organizational transformation, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or digital transformation initiatives • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to facilitate stakeholder working sessions, drive alignment, and support process adoption • Strong organizational and project management skills • Experience working in a large enterprise or complex, matrixed organization preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship or visa transfers • C2C arrangements are not accepted
