📋 Description

• Manage and update the program playbook and PMO artifacts, including roadmaps, budget, RAID, etc • Prepare meeting materials, notes, and follow-up items. • Maintain project documentation and approvals. • Collect weekly status updates from project owners. • Track readiness, training, communications, cutover, and hypercare items. • Flag missing updates, overdue actions, and emerging tasks. • Develop and maintain key relationships with multiple stakeholders to provide support to existing Project and Program Managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must have project management experience supporting enterprise programs, PMO activities, documentation, stakeholder coordination, communications, and proactive follow-up. • 3-5 years of project management experience in professional, enterprise organizations. • Industry experience, highly preferred, in oil and gas or similar power/energy environments. • Exposure working within a PMO (Project Management Office) is needed. • Must have proficient experience with Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and project owners to obtain status updates. • Good judgment with prioritizing competing needs and managing escalations. • Ability to move quickly, obtain information, and work proactively. • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders in support of Project and Program Managers. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar quantitative discipline required.
