📋 Description

• Support the design and optimization of user experiences across web and digital platforms • Create wireframes, layouts, mockups, and other UX/UI design assets • Design social media content and digital creative assets for multiple platforms • Translate business and user needs into intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences • Work with senior designers and creative leads to execute established design concepts and brand standards • Create and resize graphics, imagery, and other assets for web, social media, and digital campaigns • Incorporate stakeholder and senior designer feedback into design revisions • Maintain consistency across digital experiences, social content, and brand materials • Participate in design reviews and collaborate with marketing, social, content, and digital teams • Perform basic quality assurance to ensure designs are accurate and ready for digital publication • Manage dynamic user experiences from research to concept, content, and design • Create user stories, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in UX design, digital design, graphic design, or a related creative role • Bachelor's degree required • Portfolio demonstrating experience with UX, web/digital design, and social media content • Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools • Understanding of fundamental UX/UI principles, including layout, hierarchy, usability, and responsive design • Experience creating digital and social media assets preferred • Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, imagery, and brand consistency • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills • Ability to take creative direction, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple assignments • Interest in continuing to develop skills across UX, digital, and social media design • Must live and work in the United States • Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship • No Corp to Corp
