📋 Description

• Direct and manage the delivery of large or complex projects. • Work with IT governing bodies and IT leaders to ensure high-quality service delivery and ongoing support. • Partner with operational leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities to use applications within departmental settings. • Develop people, processes, and technologies to achieve departmental objectives. • Provide culture direction and ensure adoption of established culture. • Communicate with IT departments and management. • Monitor prompt response and support for technical issues. • Ensure high standards and quality of technical work. • Review tools and technologies to improve performance and reduce costs. • Develop departmental metrics and accountabilities. • Coordinate and manage strategy across multiple locations sharing job functions. • Improve systems, processes, and contracts. • Align with strategic vision and executional priorities and collaborate with the leadership team. • Interview, hire, discipline, and manage personnel issues. • Complete performance appraisals. • Manage day-to-day operations while focusing on strategic growth and operational practices. • Deliver customer satisfaction and retention through formal reports and data analytics. • Lead resolution across operational areas. • Oversee vendor management, contracts, and support agreements. • Review statements of work related to project leadership. • Determine performance objectives and metrics and define tools to measure progress. • Direct, motivate, develop, and manage management team and key staff. • Create opportunities for individuals to exercise and grow new skills. • Mentor, develop, and guide employees. • Pursue personal and professional development and lifelong learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), business, or a related field. • Minimum five years' experience in management required. • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification preferred. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. • Strong negotiation and marketing skills. • Ability to balance multiple complex projects and deadlines. • Knowledge of current clinical practice, regulatory healthcare requirements, and healthcare information systems. • Must attend mandatory educational requirements as directed by the organization.
