📋 Description

• Lead the evolution and execution of the enterprise-wide architecture strategy • Guide long-term technology roadmaps and influence investment and product decisions • Ensure alignment between business strategy, architecture standards, and technology delivery • Shape how platforms, solutions, and capabilities are designed and governed across the enterprise • Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Architects across multiple architecture disciplines • Develop organizational long-term and short-term goals, objectives, and monitor completion • Provide architectural leadership, guidance, and support for technology teams • Develop, implement, and evaluate enterprise architecture technology strategies • Influence technology investment and product selection decisions through EIT • Define the EA maturity roadmap and governance practices • Implement architecture governance frameworks with stakeholders, including process review, improvement, execution, analysis, and adoption • Ensure solution compliance with technology assurance standards and review deliverables for accuracy and quality • Manage team workload and communicate status, risks, mitigation, and contingency plans to leadership • Contribute to SDLC procedures supporting EA controls and metrics • Develop and report business-relevant metrics measuring enterprise architecture program efficiency and effectiveness • Identify and solve project issues and oversee multiple project development life cycles from an enterprise architecture perspective • Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams to obtain and synthesize requirements • Mentor architects and foster accountability and continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent work experience is required • Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college • 7 years of experience in IT Architecture or related field required • 5 years of experience leading teams of technical resources in diverse disciplines required • Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc. • Ability to lead and manage a team of enterprise architects and consultants • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to explain and enforce architecture standards • Ability to apply security concepts and controls to organizational needs and goals • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to perform non-routine analytical tasks • Excellent oral and written communication skills and business acumen to communicate enterprise architecture details to technical and nontechnical colleagues • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and priorities • Ability to act as a mentor • Agile mindset and awareness and understanding of Agile methodologies • Sponsorship is not available for this role
