📋 Description

• Design and write test plans and procedures validating infrastructure and software functionality • Execute, monitor, and record test plan results • Provide test estimates while considering project timelines • Collaborate with other departments to understand software functionality and project requirements • Log defects and validate defect fixes • Participate in software requirements gathering sessions • Translate requirements into test cases • Interview end users to determine needed test cases • Provide testing timelines • Execute test scripts • Document identified issues in sufficient detail to support resolution • Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues • Help develop a unified testing platform across Sanford

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare experience/background preferred • Bachelor’s degree required • Area of focus in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field • Minimum two years of applicable work experience preferred • Basic knowledge of software development, software testing techniques and the software development life cycle • Ability to creatively problem solve • Entrepreneurial skills • Ability to adapt to varying customer situations • Must be self-motivated and driven to produce results
