📋 Description

• Work with stakeholders and users to gather and refine business requirements • Plan and execute solutions that meet business needs and support best operational practices • Research, analyze, and troubleshoot SanMar distribution systems and processes • Understand solution operations, dependencies, and business customer usage • Assist Project/Program Managers with detailed project plans and frameworks • Execute critical project milestones and provide status reporting • Create system, tool, and process documentation for internal teams and the IT Service Desk • Act as vendor point of contact for distribution solutions and peripherals • Provide distribution-system subject matter expertise to business areas and end users • Provide Tier III functional support and training to Distribution staff and first/second-line IT support teams • Escalate issues to technical resources as appropriate • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system-environment changes • Align technical projects with functional requirements • Participate cross-functionally in build and User Acceptance testing • Create and implement Distribution Center training • Perform other assigned duties • Comply with policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 1-3 years of experience using technology-based distribution systems, including high output printers and label media, databases and reporting tools, and voice, RF and scanning WMS equipment • Experience with Warehouse Management systems such as HighJump/Korber and Parcel Management systems such as Proship is preferred • Excellent MS Excel skills • Ability to write and execute basic to intermediate SQL queries is a bonus • Detailed understanding of holistic functional process flows in a distribution center • Subject matter expertise in the functional use of technology-based distribution systems • Skilled at creating functional/process flow and training documentation • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills • Ability to learn quickly and resolve issues self-sufficiently • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills • Appropriate sense of urgency and prioritization • Passion for problem solving • Flexible schedule and ability to provide off-hours support remotely or onsite as needed • Ability to travel frequently up to 50% or more • Participation in E-Verify
