📋 Description

• Build engagement plans with field partners to drive internal collaboration and generate field insights • Serve as a trusted scientific partner to external experts, decision-makers, and organizations • Conduct scientific presentations for healthcare providers on disease states and treatment landscapes • Communicate product benefits, risks, appropriate use, and clinical value accurately, fairly, and in a balanced manner • Understand countries’ medical priorities and align medical plans with business priorities • Gather and share clinical insights about patients, healthcare providers, and the healthcare ecosystem • Engage clinical investigators to support Sanofi’s pipeline and investigator-sponsored studies within compliance standards • Respond to unsolicited medical-information requests • Build peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations • Use CRM data and insights to drive timely scientific engagement • Demonstrate proficiency with the Scientific Engagement Model (SEM) • Engage decision-makers and external experts for upcoming first-in-class/best-in-class launches • Participate in scientific engagements at medical conferences • Navigate regional and local healthcare environments • Collaborate with cross-functional matrix teams on projects and territory/account plans • Contribute to internal project teams and attend team and manager one-to-one meetings • Document field interactions and insights in CRM within 2 business days • Monitor individual and team goals monthly • Document Knowledge surveys in CRM after interactions with MyFocus KOLs and High Burden HCPs • Create and maintain medical account plans • Complete company-assigned trainings and certifications • Track emerging scientific, technological, and regulatory developments • Develop scientific engagement skills and maintain an individual development plan

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field (e.g., Masters, PhD, PharmD, MD) • 2+ years experience in a field medical role or pharmaceutical industry • Prior experience working with healthcare systems, payers, healthcare providers, and researchers (preferred) • Clinical Research • Scientific Leadership • Medical Teaching • Healthcare Policies • Healthcare Strategy • Biopharmaceutical Industry Knowledge • Knowledge Sharing • Technology Adaptation • Business Development • Stakeholder Relationship Management • Communication Skills • Scientific Communication • Strategic Thinking • Results-Oriented • People Leadership • Influencing Others • US and Puerto Rico residency requirement
