📋 Description

• Educate healthcare professionals on Tzield's clinical data, appropriate patient identification, and treatment journey • Build and maintain trusted relationships with endocrinologists, pediatric endocrinologists, diabetes specialists, advanced practice providers, and key office personnel • Deliver compliant product education to drive clinical understanding and confidence in Tzield • Engage customers in scientific and value-based discussions • Gather customer insights and market intelligence • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans • Analyze business trends, referral patterns, customer needs, and market dynamics • Prioritize opportunities and resources to achieve or exceed sales objectives • Use CRM platforms, analytics, and business intelligence tools • Collaborate with cross-functional field teams and Strategic Account Managers • Execute integrated account plans through healthcare provider engagement, education, and clinical conviction • Communicate and collaborate compliantly across field partners • Share customer insights and business intelligence to strengthen account planning and execution • Demonstrate influence, accountability, and teamwork while maintaining role responsibilities and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 3 years of successful pharmaceutical sales, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare-related experience • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to develop and execute strategic territory business plans • Valid driver's license • Ability to travel throughout the assigned geography • Specialty pharmaceutical, biologic, endocrinology, diabetes, immunology, rare disease, hospital sales, or diabetes device sales experience preferred • Product launch experience preferred • Experience working within integrated delivery networks, health systems, and academic medical centers preferred • Demonstrated success working in a highly matrixed specialty pharmaceutical or biotechnology organization preferred • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority preferred
